Descriptions of the property management services offered

Technical property Management

  • Condition Survey (technical evidence to managed properties)
  • Security of the utilities needed to operate the property (electric energy, gas, heat, hot water)
  • Ensure the removal of municipal waste and sewage disposal
  • Records including deductions of ratio gauges and water meters for billing purposes
  • Constant monitoring of the levels of energy usage and developing proposals to reduce it
  • Assurance of emergency services (water, gas, electricity, trades)
  • Property cleaning, maintenance of greenery
  • Managing and archiving documentation connected with the property during administration.
  • Ensure periodic reviews, inspections and tests by the relevant implementing legislation and fixed the identified problems.
  • Negotiation and Conclusion of insurance contracts, based on a detailed evaluation of the level of quality and price bids for the insurance company, and representing the owner in settlement of claims.
